Here is an examle for you: Because of the 9-11 attack on New York City and the Pentagon the 9-11 Commission recommended that the states tighten-up the requirements on identification to get a driver's license.

The next tme you have to renew your driver's license you will have to provide a Birth Certificate issued by a government agency, the one issued by the hospital you were born-in isn't good enough any more. That means you will have to take the time and the expense to get a new Birth Certificate issued by the...?
